Stellart: Prince of Galaxy

1. Introduction

Stellart: Prince of Galaxy ("we", "our", "the app") is a mobile game developed for children and families (ages 4+). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, especially children, in compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), and KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law).

        COPPA Compliance: Our app is designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent.
    

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

Anonymous accounts: Created automatically. No personal data required.
Email accounts: Email address and encrypted password (optional, with parental consent for children under 13).
Google/Apple Sign-In: Basic profile information provided by the platform (name, email).

2.2 Game Data

Game progress (level, planets, buildings, items)
In-game currency balances (Star Dust, Inspiration Points)
Achievement and badge progress
Display name (user-chosen nickname)

2.3 Analytics Data

Firebase Analytics: session duration, screen views, game events (anonymized)
Firebase Crashlytics: crash reports and device information for bug fixing
No advertising identifiers collected from children

2.4 Purchase Data

In-app purchase history (managed by Google Play / Apple App Store)
We do not store payment information directly

3. How We Use Information

To provide and maintain game functionality
To sync game progress across devices (Firebase Firestore)
To display leaderboards and social features
To improve the app and fix bugs
To deliver in-app purchases
To show age-appropriate advertisements (with child-safe ad settings)

4. Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. For users identified as children:

Ads are tagged for child-directed treatment (tagForUnderAgeOfConsent: true)
No personalized advertising
No behavioral tracking for ad targeting
Users can purchase "Ad-Free" or "Seyyah+" subscription to remove all ads

5. Data Storage & Security

Local storage: SharedPreferences and Hive (on-device, offline-first)
Cloud storage: Firebase Firestore (Google Cloud Platform, europe-west1 region)
Encryption: Data in transit encrypted via TLS/SSL
Authentication: Firebase Authentication with secure token management

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer personal information to third parties. Data is shared only with:

Firebase/Google Cloud: For game data storage and analytics
Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements (anonymized)
Apple/Google: For in-app purchase processing

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

        We display a parental consent notice before account creation
We do not collect more data than necessary for gameplay
Chat features are not available (no direct messaging between users)
Profanity filter with 80+ blocked words protects nicknames
Parents can request data deletion at any time

    

8. Your Rights

8.1 Data Access & Export

You can export your data at any time via Settings > Data Export. Your data will be provided in JSON format.

8.2 Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data via Settings > Account > Delete Account. This action is irreversible and removes all data from our servers within 30 days.

9. Data Retention

Active accounts: Data retained while account is active
Deleted accounts: All data removed within 30 days
Anonymous accounts inactive for 180 days may be automatically cleaned

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted in the app and on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
