Q: How do I restore my purchases?

Go to Profile > Settings > Restore Purchases. This will restore all previous in-app purchases linked to your Google Play or Apple ID.

Q: How do I save my progress?

Your progress is saved automatically. For cloud backup, link your account via Profile > Settings > Link Account (Email, Google, or Apple).

Q: Can I play offline?

Yes! Stellart uses an offline-first design. You can play without internet. Your progress syncs automatically when you reconnect.

Q: How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile > Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers.

Q: How do I remove ads?

You can purchase the "Ad-Free" option or subscribe to Seyyah+ Premium for an ad-free experience with bonus rewards.

Q: Is the game safe for children?

Yes. Stellart is COPPA compliant, has no chat features, includes a profanity filter, and shows only child-safe advertisements.

Q: How do I export my data?

Go to Profile > Settings > Export Data. Your game data will be exported in JSON format via your device's share sheet.
