ZAP BOX

1. Introduction

ZAP BOX ("we", "our", "the app") is a retro arcade game app published by Stellart Studio. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data is involved when you play, in line with GDPR (EU), KVKK (Türkiye), and Google Play requirements.

        In short: ZAP BOX has no account or login, works fully offline, and we do not run any server that collects your personal data. The only data sharing comes from advertising and in-app purchases, which are handled by Google.
    

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account & Personal Data

No account, no sign-in. ZAP BOX does not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any personal identifier.
We (Stellart Studio) operate no backend server and do not collect or store your personal data ourselves.

2.2 On-Device Game Data

Your progress, high scores, settings, and language preference are stored only on your device (local storage). This data is not transmitted to us and is removed when you uninstall the app.

2.3 Advertising

ZAP BOX shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, general device information, and approximate (coarse) data, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).

2.4 In-App Purchases

Optional in-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment details; purchase records are handled by Google.

3. How Data Is Used

To run the game and remember your progress (on your device).
To display advertising (via AdMob) and process optional purchases (via Google Play).
We do not sell your personal data. We do not build user profiles ourselves.

4. Children

ZAP BOX is rated for users aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data through advertising, please contact us and we will assist.

5. Data Sharing

The only third parties that may receive data are Google AdMob (advertising) and Google Play (purchases). Please review their privacy policies for details on their processing.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR/KVKK you may request access to or deletion of data concerning you. Since we hold no personal data on a server, the simplest way to remove all ZAP BOX data is to uninstall the app (which clears all local data) and reset your advertising ID. For ad-related data held by Google, see Google's privacy controls.

7. Security

Because ZAP BOX stores data only on your device and uses no custom server, your game data never leaves your phone except for the ad and purchase services described above.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
