Stellart: Prince of Galaxy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Stellart: Prince of Galaxy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. If you are under 18 years of age, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

2. Description of Service

Stellart is a mobile game that combines art education, Sufi philosophy, and idle game mechanics. The App is available on iOS and Android platforms and includes free and premium features.

3. User Accounts

You may play as an anonymous user or create an account using email, Google, or Apple Sign-In.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
One person may not maintain multiple accounts.

4. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:

Use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language in display names
Attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Interfere with the App's servers or infrastructure
Impersonate another user or person

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases including cosmetic items, Season Pass, Seyyah+ subscription, and other digital goods.
All purchases are processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Prices are displayed in your local currency before purchase confirmation.
In-app purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policies.
Virtual currencies (Star Dust, Inspiration Points) have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

6. Subscriptions

Seyyah+ is an auto-renewable subscription.
Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
No refund will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including characters (Seyyah, Zerre, Anka), artwork, music, stories, and game mechanics — is the intellectual property of Sanat Gezegeni.
The Stellart brand, logo, and all associated trademarks are owned by Sanat Gezegeni.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App's content without written permission.
User-generated content (display names, shared screenshots) remains the property of the user but grants us a non-exclusive license to display it within the App.

8. Leaderboards & Social Features

Leaderboard rankings are based on in-game performance metrics.
We reserve the right to remove or reset scores obtained through exploitation or cheating.
Sharing features use your device's native share functionality; we do not control third-party platforms.

9. Children's Use

Stellart is designed for users ages 4 and above. We comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and applicable child safety regulations. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, network issues, or user error.
Game balance, features, and content may change at any time through updates.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanat Gezegeni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

12. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings > Account > Delete Account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting in the App or on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
