How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Stellart account and all associated data directly from the app. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Open Stellart and go to your Profile (tap your avatar or the profile icon).

Step 2: Tap the Settings icon (gear icon) in the top right corner.

Step 3: Scroll down to the Account section.

Step 4: Tap "Delete Account".

Step 5: If you have a linked account (email, Google, or Apple), you will be asked to re-authenticate for security.

Step 6: Confirm the deletion by tapping "Delete Permanently".

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, the following data cannot be recovered:

Game progress (level, planets, buildings)
In-game currencies (Star Dust, Inspiration Points)
Owned items (cosmetics, mascots, clothes)
Achievement and badge progress
Leaderboard rankings
Quiz history and statistics

What Happens After Deletion

Your account data is removed from our servers (Firebase) within 30 days.
Your Firebase Authentication record is deleted immediately.
All Firestore documents and subcollections are recursively deleted via Cloud Function.
Local data on your device is cleared.
A new anonymous account is created automatically so you can continue using the app if desired.

In-App Purchases After Deletion

Note: Deleting your Stellart account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions (Seyyah+). To cancel a subscription:

Android: Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

Non-consumable purchases (No Ads, cosmetic items) are tied to your Google Play / Apple ID and can be restored on a new account via "Restore Purchases" in Settings.

Data Export Before Deletion

We recommend exporting your data before deleting your account:

Go to Profile > Settings > Export Data
Your game data will be exported as a JSON file via your device's share sheet
Save the file for your records

Alternative: Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:

Include: Your registered email address or user ID (if known)

We will process your request within 7 business days.
