How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Stellart account and all associated data directly from the app. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Open Stellart and go to your Profile (tap your avatar or the profile icon).
Step 2: Tap the Settings icon (gear icon) in the top right corner.
Step 3: Scroll down to the Account section.
Step 4: Tap "Delete Account".
Step 5: If you have a linked account (email, Google, or Apple), you will be asked to re-authenticate for security.
Step 6: Confirm the deletion by tapping "Delete Permanently".
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, the following data cannot be recovered:

Note: Deleting your Stellart account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions (Seyyah+). To cancel a subscription:

Non-consumable purchases (No Ads, cosmetic items) are tied to your Google Play / Apple ID and can be restored on a new account via "Restore Purchases" in Settings.

Data Export Before Deletion

We recommend exporting your data before deleting your account:

  1. Go to Profile > Settings > Export Data
  2. Your game data will be exported as a JSON file via your device's share sheet
  3. Save the file for your records

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include: Your registered email address or user ID (if known)

We will process your request within 7 business days.
